Pricing
Find below our cash rates – these already include the “time of service” discount that cash patients receive. Insurance patient co-pays and co-insurance determined after benefits are verified and the first insurance claim is paid by the insurance company.
Massage
- $75 for 1 hour
- $100 for 1.5 hours
- $25 add-on for hot-stone massage (can be either 1 or 1.5 hours)
Chinese Medicine (includes Acupuncture)
- $45 herbal consultation (no acupuncture)
- $105 first appointment, including acupuncture, full intake, extensive case review by your practitioner
- $75 follow-up appointments including acupuncture
- Herbal formulas vary widely in price, but tend to be around $25 for a 10-14 day supply
- Phone and email follow-ups are available, availability and pricing depends on your practitioner – please ask!

Insurance
We accept most healthcare plans and direct bill insurance. If you are interested in seeing whether our practitioners are covered under your insurance plan, fill out our insurance information form and send it to info@watershedcommunitywellness.com You can also bring the form in person if you prefer.
Our practitioners are on various panels, depending on the practitioner. This includes ASH network, CHP (Kaiser), Providence, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optumhealth and many more. Please do contact us even if you’re not sure about your coverage, many people have insurance benefits for “complementary healthcare” without knowing it!
